Terms of Services
Unless purchasing an actual logo or website design, files may not be used in any website, banner, blog, logo, etc. Purchase of my artwork does not transfer rights – copyright of designs remains with the artist. I do not send editable artwork to you after the design is complete. I still own the design and you may not alter it using Photoshop, Illustrator, etc…
I communicate with clients via email. It’s easier for me to look back in emails to to find specific details; unfortunately at this time I do not Skype or make phone calls to clients.
Payments are accepted through PayPal and Etsy.
Since designing a website takes a lot of work and time, there will be no refunds once a project has started. If you are on a waiting list and would like to cancel, please contact me for further discussion. Once you purchase a design, there are absolutely no refunds given. I already offer my designs at extremely reasonably and affordable prices, so once a design is started, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. By purchasing a custom design, you are agreeing to these terms.
In order to setup your website, I will need your login info. I only use this information for login purposes, it is completely confidential. Once the setup process is complete and you no longer need my services, you can delete my access.
Once your website is completed, it is your responsibility to log in and do updates and to back up the website if you would like. You can hire me to do monthly maintenance on your website by doing updates to the website for $25/month, but you need to let me know you’d like me to maintain your website. It is not my responsibility if you do not pay your hosting or domain fees and the website is lost. I can also do a backup of your website when the final design is completed for $50.
